During our culinary adventure, we have noticed that Indonesian cuisine is being overlooked compare to South Asian food (Vietnamese, Thai, Malaysian). There is a massive gap in London's comprehension of Indonesian food. Consisting of 17000 islands, Indonesia is a country with a vast cultures, traditions and cuisine. Therefore, we want to provide a culinary experience to our customers by serving each dish from different regions of Indonesia in our 'taste of Indonesia' night.

As a brand, Sambel aims to maintain authentic Indonesian flavours and experiment with local ingredients to create a range of irresistible cuisine to the adventurous Londoners foodie community!
